Who doesn't love a great home transformation? Home Improvement projects don't have to be a budget buster. There are a ton of things you can do around your home to add something new or revamp what you already have working for you. Below are my top 10 home improvement projects under $100!

Tip #1 - Paint Your Front Door
Yall, I LOVE painted front doors. The front door to a house is like a cover of a book. I love to try to guess the personality of the people who live inside. My door is a pretty bright blue, what do you think it says about me? Our front door is Sherwin Williams Fountain SW 6787 #SWColorLove
Tip #2 - Board & Batten Accent Wall
Accent walls, to some people within the industry, is on its way out. But you know what, I am NO PRO and I FIRMLY believe you can like whatever the hell you want to! A few pieces of MDF and a can of paint and BAM you got a new STATEMENT piece in your home!

Tip #3 - Café Lights
Who doesn’t love the ambiance of a dark evening under café lights? I LOVE THEM!!They simple set a mood. That mood can be chill and calm, or it can be dancing the night away under the lights and stars laughing with friends – it is really what you make of it. 😉 But TRUST ME café lights are a must! Here is a great set from TARGET.
Tip #4 - Peel and Stick Wallpaper

Shout out to the Scott Brothers, Scott Living brand !It is GREAT quality, a nice and thick material. Has just the right amount of stickiness to keep it on the walls (without peeling) but not too sticky where you can’t peel and adjust or totally change out if you want to! Here is the Scott Living wallpaper I used in our office renovation! You can find it at Lowes!
Tip #5 - Curtains
I shared this one on my Instagram page @jaclyncrosbyhome. Curtains – hung the RIGHT way! 😉 Not only do curtains bring the room together but it can help with heating and cooling and this chic LOVES TO SAVE!

Tip #6 - Paint your faucets
Paint Your Kitchen or Bathroom Facets! Does that thought scare you? It scared me, but I did it and LOVEEEEEEE it. See, that is what I am here for- doing all the things you want to but don’t because you don’t want to screw something up. Just refer to me as your resident screw up! Lol I used Rust-oleum Paint and Primer spray paint. (tutorial to come!)

Tip #7 - Update Cabinet Hardware
This is SUPER easy! Find a style you like (Amazon or Hobby Lobby are my go-to places) and replace your current hardware. Don’t have knobs already, have no fear watch for my future post about knob placement styles and tips.
Tip #8 - Beadboard accents
Add beadboard to your kitchen island or peninsula. Not only does it add some farmhouse charm, it is also a reno project that you can do in one weekend and for CHEAP! Getting a BIG IMPACT with a little budget is right up my alley!!
Tip #9 - Updated lighting
Update lighting in your home. I know switching out ALL of the lighting in a house is UBER expensive BUT changing one can make a big impact! Plus, I have some ah-mazing bargain tips to follow to get lighting FOR CHEAPPPPPPPP!! 😉
Tip #10 - Faux Flowers

Yep, I said it and I am not ashamed! I love artificial flowers! I do not have a green thumb, but I love the look of flowers and green plants in my home. Now, I’m not saying get artificial flowers and ‘plant’ them, although if you do no judgement here. I am sort of an artificial flower snob- like I judge the hell out of faux flowers – a girl must have standards!
More to come on faux flowers later! 😉
